Assisted Living Units at Garlington Village

The Assisted Living Units are beautifully-appointed, spacious apartments of 50 to 64 square metres. With a modern sky light, these airy apartments have a luxury single bedroom, private en-suite bathroom and enclosed veranda. In addition, they include daily care at the level required by the resident. Within close proximity to Garlick House and the Village Clubhouse, both soon to be completed, all your needs are taken care of, allowing you to fully enjoy your retirement.

Starting from R1 100 000, the majority of our Assisted Living Units are available for purchase by Life Rights. There are a few sectional title units available as well. Our ALU residents pay a monthly levy, which means all of life’s daily needs and practicalities are managed on your behalf.

The Assisted Living Levy includes:

  • Daily visits by a nursing sister
  • Assistance with regards to managing medication, including organising scripts
  • Services of a shared carer – should you require a full-time personal carer this will be provided at an extra cost as determined by Garlington Select Care
  • Laundry and cleaning services
  • Building and garden maintenance
  • A daily 3-course meal in the temporary care facility, until the Village Clubhouse is completed, or delivered to the units – additional meals can be arranged
